Larchwood is a 3-story historic row home in West Philadelphia with an apartment on each floor. By removing the interior stair from this building and adjoining it to the stairway of the attached property , these three large apartments were created. I chose the finishes to attract tenants interested in a high-quality, minimal, and chic canvas they could bring their personality to. I am in love with these white oak hardwood floors and the unique shapes the character of the buildings adds to the layout - the arched windows, the bays, and the stained glass we were able to restore. All of the finishes were affordable but very carefully chosen so that together they feel solid and high-end.
