U3 Ventures purchased 4301 Baltimore Ave in 2014, managing this acquisition is the first thing I did when I came on board with the company. The first floor retail space of this corner commercial location directly across from Clark Park in West Philadelphia was undersized to meet the full potential of the location, right away we set about securing the needed zoning variance to expand the retail use to the second floor. This created a 3,000 sq ft space for a team of experienced Philadelphia operators and owners of four other thriving Philadelphia restaurants, to open Clarkville. Clarkville restaurant opened their doors for business on December 1, 2016 serving craft pizza and beer. The third floor remains a 1-bedroom apartment with loft and private deck, it can be viewed here.
