In 2016 U3V purchased 4303 Baltimore Ave, the twin row home to U3V’s most recently renovated property at the time, 4301 Baltimore AVE. In a full-gut renovation, the square footage of the 3-story Victorian home was significantly increased by removing its interior staircase and breaking through the party wall to utilize a single stair for both properties. As relative experts in achieving zoning variances, this creative re-design paid off by paving the path to build high-value units leasing at unprecedented rents for the area.
