Ground leased from University of Pennsylvania in 2018, this collection of three parcels at the intersection of 40th and Chestnut was transformed into an amenity green space, Caribbean restaurant with garden seating, Chase Bank branch, and apartment hotel. The three properties operate cohesively, offering a truly unique and exciting destination experience. In addition to managing the project from beginning to end, I was incredibly lucky to contribute to the boutique hotel - NICHE - the concept development, branding, and base finishes and interior design.
